Our Moulds

All moulds are made precisely to your requirements, and because you own the mould this means no one else can use this mould.

The moulds are made using the latest CAD software, so they are exact down to the last millimetre.

To get you the required roll or pad that you require, you would send us a mould of your required design. After that we would replicate your design on CAD and create a 3D image and refine it.

After this has been done, we then send the information to one of our specialist machines to create your required mould to your specifications.
